Parking?
Parking meters are right outside our front door, or a Care Carpark is right opposite. Plenty of parking is available in York Town Square or carpark near the Princess Theatre. A very short walk from the multi storey carpark in Paterson Street.

What if I'm late?
Our schedule is planned to co-ordinate and allow the correct time for each service, so you will enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us.

Cancellations
We are a business which relies solely on bookings, so we ask you to show us courtesy if you cannot make your appointment by giving us at least 12 hours notice. Repeat offenders may be asked to provide a credit card number and 50% of the treatment price may be taken to cover loss of business.

Child Free Policy
We love children, but it's also important that our guests can fully enjoy their personal pamper and relaxation time. As such, we ask that you make alternative child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment. Thank you for understanding.

Walk-ins
We love walk-ins! We will do everything possible to fit you in, but please be aware that the shortest treatment takes 15 minutes to do properly. We hate to keep clients waiting, so please be aware that some times we just can't help. However, we would love to get to know you so please book in for your next appointment with us.

SMS'ing
We are able to send you a courtesy SMS friendly reminder. Save it to your phone and never have to wonder when that appointment was again.
